1. ABOUT LIZARRO
Welcome to LIZARRO.
LIZARRO is an independent fashion brand operated by Kostiantyn Yelizarov, based in Ząbki, near Warsaw, Poland.
The name LIZARRO is used as the brand name under which our handcrafted fashion products are designed, presented and sold.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LIZARRO website at https://www.lizarro.store/ and your purchase of products through the website.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

3. OUR PRODUCTS
LIZARRO creates handcrafted crochet fashion using premium Italian yarn.
Each garment is individually handcrafted and may therefore contain minor variations in texture, stitch formation, measurements or appearance. These characteristics are a natural consequence of handmade production and are not, by themselves, considered defects.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, materials, prices and availability are accurate and up to date.
Colors displayed on your screen may vary slightly depending on your device, display settings and other technical factors.
Product photographs are intended to represent the products accurately. Where an image is used for editorial or illustrative purposes, the product description will provide the relevant information.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
LIZARRO offers products in two ways:
Ready to Ship
Products identified as Ready to Ship are currently available and can normally be prepared for dispatch within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page or in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Made to Order
Selected LIZARRO designs may be available in additional sizes and/or colors on a Made to Order basis.
Made-to-order products are handcrafted after the order is confirmed. The applicable production timeframe will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated to you before the order is completed.
Where a product is specifically made according to a customer's individual specifications or is clearly personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where such an exclusion is permitted by applicable law. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you provide an offer to purchase the selected products.
After receiving your order, we will send an order acknowledgement. An order becomes binding when we accept it and confirm the purchase in accordance with the applicable ordering process.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where:
- a product is unexpectedly unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or product information error;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
Once an order has been accepted, we will not change the agreed price except where required or permitted by applicable law.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and/or at checkout.
The total amount payable for your order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Where applicable, additional customs duties, import taxes or similar charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the customer. Any such charges are determined by the destination country and are outside LIZARRO's control.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
We accept the payment methods made available through our checkout.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Shipping within Poland is free of charge.
For orders shipped within Poland, standard shipping is estimated at 1-5 business days after dispatch.
Standard shipping to selected international destinations outside Poland is available at a flat rate of USD 15, with the equivalent amount potentially displayed in the customer's local currency at checkout.
International standard shipping is estimated at 10-18 business days after dispatch.
LIZARRO currently offers one standard shipping service rather than a separate express shipping option.
For Ready-to-Ship products, orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days.
For Made-to-Order products, the production time stated on the relevant product page is additional to the shipping transit time.
We will make reasonable efforts to prepare and dispatch orders within the stated timeframe.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs processing and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
8. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

LIZARRO accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.
For consumers purchasing online within the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal generally provides a 14-day period in which to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For goods, this period generally begins when the consumer or a person designated by the consumer receives the goods.
After exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, goods must generally be returned without undue delay and within 14 days after the consumer communicates the withdrawal.
Our return and refund procedures, including return shipping costs, refunds, Made-to-Order products and personalized products, are described in the Returns & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies applicable to your order.
9. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
If a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that helps us assess the issue.
Consumers retain their statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods. Such rights are not excluded or limited by these Terms. EU consumer rules provide remedies for goods that are faulty or do not correspond to what was agreed.
10. PRODUCT CARE
Because LIZARRO garments are handcrafted crochet pieces, proper care is important.
Care instructions applicable to each product will be provided on the relevant product page, garment label or accompanying care information.
Failure to follow reasonable care instructions may affect the condition and appearance of a garment.
Product care instructions do not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.
11. HANDMADE VARIATIONS
Every LIZARRO garment is handcrafted.
Minor variations in stitch formation, texture, dimensions and finishing may occur between individual pieces. Such variations are inherent to handmade production and contribute to the individual character of each garment.
Where a specific measurement is material to the fit of a product, the relevant measurements will be provided on the product page or communicated before purchase.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content appearing on the LIZARRO website, including the LIZARRO name and logo, photographs, text, graphics, product designs, illustrations, videos and other original materials, is owned by or lawfully used by LIZARRO and/or the seller and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit LIZARRO content or product designs without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may use third-party services and technologies, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers, analytics services and other tools required to operate the store.
These third parties may process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
Our use of Shopify does not make Shopify the seller of the products offered through the LIZARRO store. Purchases made through this website are made with the seller identified in these Terms.
14. WEBSITE USE
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- introduce malicious software or code;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- copy or commercially exploit our website or content without permission; or
- provide false information in connection with an order.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the security of the website, our customers or our services.
15. WEBSITE INFORMATION AND ERRORS
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our website.
Occasionally, information may contain an unintended typographical, pricing, product description or availability error.
If we identify an error that materially affects an order, we will contact you and, where required by law, provide you with the option to cancel the order and receive a refund.
We do not use errors in our website information as a basis to avoid our legal obligations to customers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIZARRO will not be liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This section does not limit any mandatory statutory rights or remedies available to consumers.
17. EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, governmental actions, war, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, widespread technical failures or similar events.
Where such an event affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the situation and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
This provision does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, products, legal requirements or business practices.
The current version will always be available on this page.
Changes will not affect rights or obligations that arose before the updated Terms became effective, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or disregarded only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
